When you register for private medical care you do expect an elevated level of service, my experience with Niva Medical Clinic has gone massively above and beyond my expectations. Snehal the Administrative Lead has an incredible attention to detail, can answer any questions you throw at her and as became apparent when I popped in recently, never forgets a name! Dr Qureshi was equally professional and approachable, took her time and explained each step of my health check.

What stood out to me is how friendly and welcoming everyone has been at Niva, it may sound a bit cliché but you genuinely get treated like a member of their little family. I would recommend Niva to anyone, in fact I have already recommended it to a number of family and friends - it's most certainly the best decision I have ever made regarding my health care.

I cannot highly recommend Dr Varsani and Dr [Vagani] enough. I recently took both of my daughters to see them, and the level of care we received was exceptional. Both doctors were incredibly thorough, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to our concerns without making us feel rushed. They have a wonderful manner with children, putting my daughters completely at ease throughout the appointments. Finding private GPs who combine top-tier clinical expertise with such a welcoming, patient-centered approach is rare. Excellent service from start to finish.

I am so impressed with Niva Medical Clinic. My daughter had a medical emergency and now lives in London. I live 2 hours away and was so worried.
