Can I pay with my insurance?
Please check with your insurer before your appointment. Some insurers have an annual cash allowance for private GP appointments that can be reimbursed, and the majority of international medical policies cover our services. We provide receipts and any paperwork your insurer needs.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another patient. Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice are charged in full.
